Hair control.

Much like Claire from So Sweet & So Cold (This delicious little blog 'n came across filled with stunning accesories), I've got hair gone haywire! I've always loved the whole bandanna/hairband look - but sadly the things never want to stay on my head, and very soon my ears start peaking out as the band shifts back and I look like Joda's long lost cousin!

But this one ... featured on Claire&Heather's blog, looks like it could work... and it doesn't even look hard to make. Ofcourse, if you'd just rather buy it... you could go here.

Today in SA

Living in South-Africa, there is a kind of inner-conflict going on inside everyone of us. This Tug'nwar between all the negative things and all the positive.

We all know about all the negative things about SA. I'm not going to get into all of that. If you are a SAfrican (here or overseas) you know what it is.

I do want to get into the positives... because I think it's time to start focussing on good. Today in SA, is a cool website, doing just that... Here you can go tell stories or share articles about the positives in SA!

For someone from South-Africa, where the winter barely goes under 5 degrees, and you are not likely to see snow unless you're on top of the Drakensberg or something, we don't really get to dress in wintercoats and furry scarves and stuffs. So I love watching the European girls dress in their winters .. I love it!

Plus, they reminded me of the recently discovered Sims 2 Seasons ... don't have it yet... but discovered it! Fun, fun, fun! For those of you you haven't seen it yet, go check it out! EA Games

Body art

I just love body painting! I did a 3 year course in make-up myself, and my best part was definitely body art! I have enormous respect for artists who work this hard on something that gets washed away! The human body is, to me, the best art pieces ever, so using it as canvas is ingenious!
